Job summary

This role will take ultimate responsibility for the management of our preferred vendors tasked with meeting our service delivery and service restoration requirements. (S)he will be required to work closely and build strong relationships with our customer relations teams to ensure our delivery targets are fully met. This is a result driven role and one that would suit a highly energetic and focused individual. While the role will assume responsibility for the function and the management of staff, the person may also be required to execute some of the activities themselves should the need arise..

Role responsibilities
  • Managing a team responsible for the QA, H&S of our preferred contractor
  • Scheduling daily in progress and retrospective checks on all work
  • Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Ongoing review of resource requirements and assist with onboarding
  • Processing of weekly/monthly invoices
  • Ongoing review of Installation process for continuous Improvement
  • Be the SPOC for any contractual queries
  • Handle daily queries/questions that may arise
  • Support Customer Relations area’s with any contractor queries
Qualifications and skill
  • Previous experience in a Contractor Management role an advantage
  • Telecommunications experience working with cross functional teams essential (Working with wireless technologies an advantage).
  • Previous experience working in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Excellent communications skills essential (oral & written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office & Project required

Previous salesperson experience is not a must. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who is willing to learn, determined and resourceful. They must have the confidence and drive to hit their targets every single day. 

Expert in-house training by professional and experienced sales managers. A full-time position with ongoing training and support.

Basic Salary + Commission paid monthly

Working Shifts

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and 12pm – 8pm
Saturdays 10am – 5pm and Bank Holidays 10am – 5pm
