Job summary

This role will take ultimate responsibility for the management of our preferred vendors tasked with meeting our service delivery and service restoration requirements. (S)he will be required to work closely and build strong relationships with our customer relations teams to ensure our delivery targets are fully met. This is a result driven role and one that would suit a highly energetic and focused individual. While the role will assume responsibility for the function and the management of staff, the person may also be required to execute some of the activities themselves should the need arise..

Role responsibilities
  • Managing a team responsible for the QA, H&S of our preferred contractor
  • Scheduling daily in progress and retrospective checks on all work
  • Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Ongoing review of resource requirements and assist with onboarding
  • Processing of weekly/monthly invoices
  • Ongoing review of Installation process for continuous Improvement
  • Be the SPOC for any contractual queries
  • Handle daily queries/questions that may arise
  • Support Customer Relations area’s with any contractor queries
Qualifications and skill
  • Previous experience in a Contractor Management role an advantage
  • Telecommunications experience working with cross functional teams essential (Working with wireless technologies an advantage).
  • Previous experience working in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Excellent communications skills essential (oral & written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office & Project required

We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to work closely with AP, Warehouse, and Tech teams; you will be reporting on weekly/Monthly KPIs, Involved In monthly Management Accounts process and
End-to-end Acquire to Require process (Fixed asset management) including capitalisation, depreciation, disposals and maintaining fixed asset register. You will be part of the Investigation, reconciliation, and reporting of monthly stock take variances to management and aid in the Reconciling of balance sheets for stock & fixed assets. There would be an opportunity to be involved with Process improvement initiatives in stock & fixed assets accounting. As an Account Assistant you would also be assisting with stock takes, audit preparation and any other ad hoc tasks.
