Job summary

This role will take ultimate responsibility for the management of our preferred vendors tasked with meeting our service delivery and service restoration requirements. (S)he will be required to work closely and build strong relationships with our customer relations teams to ensure our delivery targets are fully met. This is a result driven role and one that would suit a highly energetic and focused individual. While the role will assume responsibility for the function and the management of staff, the person may also be required to execute some of the activities themselves should the need arise..

Role responsibilities
  • Managing a team responsible for the QA, H&S of our preferred contractor
  • Scheduling daily in progress and retrospective checks on all work
  • Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Ongoing review of resource requirements and assist with onboarding
  • Processing of weekly/monthly invoices
  • Ongoing review of Installation process for continuous Improvement
  • Be the SPOC for any contractual queries
  • Handle daily queries/questions that may arise
  • Support Customer Relations area’s with any contractor queries
Qualifications and skill
  • Previous experience in a Contractor Management role an advantage
  • Telecommunications experience working with cross functional teams essential (Working with wireless technologies an advantage).
  • Previous experience working in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Excellent communications skills essential (oral & written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office & Project required

We’re looking for an Executive & Internal Communications Assistant to deliver executive support
and operational communications allowing us to keep our people up to date, well informed and
engaged, from induction to day-to-day meeting co-ordination and HR support. The role involves
internal communications and engagement strategy and activities, collaborating with colleagues
across the Ops team and the wider organisation to build and maintain strong partnerships. As

  • You’ll be acting as first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder
    communication for the CEO including fielding and directing email requests where
    necessary and assisting with incoming inquiries.
  • You’ll be organising and managing dates of meeting and actions, preparing agendas,
    distributing meeting packs, co-ordinating document submission and taking minutes.
  •  You’ll be co-ordinating:
    • The Recruitment process, including managing job postings, identifying
      candidates, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews and issuing
      employment contracts.

    • Travel and accommodation.
    • Events and townhalls
  • You’ll be assisting with:
    • Internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
    • HR process updates, design & implementation.

    • Payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Your administrative tasks will include
    • Maintaining both hard and digital copies of employees’ records including annual
      leave.
    • Employee comms
    • Producing reports where necessary
    • Updating of Employee Sharepoint content
