How do I refer to a friend or family member?

Share this unique link with your friends and family (this can be found in the email sent to you by Imagine)

Step 2: Sign up
Once your friend has received your unique code, they head over to Imagine.ie and simply choose an Everyday, Super or Hero broadband package- whatever suits their needs

Step 3: Redeem & repeat
Once your friend signs up and has been successfully installed, you will both automatically get a free month’s credit on your next bill!

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%. Broadband speeds are “up to” and depend on location, network usage, your devices and Wi-Fi capability and other factors. Cumulative monthly download data is included in each package ranging from 100GB to 1TB. Fair Usage Policy Applies.

Free calls included in your pack include calls to local and National numbers (each call up to 60 minutes maximum) and up to 60 minutes in total of calls to Irish mobiles. All other calls, standard rates apply.

Payment by monthly direct debit/debit card only. Failed or late payments will incur charges. 30 days notice is required to cancel your service. If you cancel within the Minimum Term you will be charged the monthly pack charge for the remainder of your contract period. Eligibility?

To be eligible for a reward your friend needs to be a new customer subscribing to Imagine Broadband. For you and your friend to receive the reward, your friend must use the unique referral link you have sent them and complete a successful installation. After your friend’s services are installed, you will both automatically get a free month’s credit on your next bill!

How many people can use my link?

There is no limit to the number of people who can use your unique referral link. You can share with as many people as you like in order to get more free credits

What will my friend need to do with my link?

Once your friend receives your unique referral link, they can choose to purchase directly through Imagine.ie, or calling one of our customer service agents.

Once your friend has completed their transaction, they will automatically receive their credit on their next bill.

When will I receive my reward?

You will receive your credit on your next bill after your friend’s services are installed and two weeks after your friend’s 14 day cooling off period.

Do I still get a reward if my friend cancels?

You will only get your reward if your friend installs/activates their new Imagine product. If your friend cancels before this, neither of you will be rewarded.
