How do I move to paperless billing?

If you already have a paperless billing setup, you don’t need to do anything, you’ll just stop receiving a second paper bill in the post from this month. If you are still receiving paper bills, don’t worry you don’t have to do anything either, we will make the switch for you.

Can I go back to receiving paper bills?

If you are a vulnerable customer, you can opt back in for paper bills by filling in your account details above.

Where do I find my customer number?

You can find it on the top right hand corner of any of your imagine bills.

What is the My Imagine Portal?

This is your 24/7 access customer portal. Here you’ll be able to find your latest bills, usage information & account details.
