Below you’ll find answers to some common frequently asked questions.
How does the phone service work?
Answer:
Your home phone’s connection simply plugs into the back of your router. The phone calls you make are converted into internet data. The voice service is built into the equipment and is a free add-on. It is up to you whether to use the phone or not.
Do you sell a broadband only service?
Answer:
No.
Is the service compatible with my monitored alarm?
Answer:
Yes. Your alarm needs to be reconnected from the previous phone line to your new phone service. Please contact your monitored alarm provider to switch this over.
Is the service contract based and if so, how long is the contract?
Answer:
Yes, 12 months.
Do you slow my speed down if I go over my daily usage allowance?
Answer:
Yes, once you have reached the FUP data, we will slow your broadband speeds down until the start of each month whereupon data allowance will be reset once again.
Do you charge for excess data usage?
Answer:
No.
What is my data allowance per month?
Answer:
1,000 GB FUP per month.
What is the speed of the broadband service?
Answer:
Up to 150Mb broadband speeds.
