We’re sorry to hear that you’re cancelling your Imagine Fibre Broadband with us. Your next step is to return your fibre modem to Imagine Broadband within 30 days of your cancellation date to avoid being charged an unreturned fee of €75.  

 

How do I return my router?   

We’ve partnered with DPD to make it quick in 3 easy steps:  

1. Pack the internet box securely in its original packaging (if available) or another sturdy box to protect it during transit. You must return all cables, power adapters, home plug extenders or any other accessories. 

2. Attach the return label provided by DPD to the outside of the package. 

  •  If you haven’t received a label yet, please click here to start the returns process 
  • Under ‘Retailer’ choose ‘IMAGINE BROADBAND’  
  • Under ‘Order Number’, type in ‘000000’  
  • Choose SmallParcelat no cost to you and then enter your contact details
  • Your return label will be generated 

3. Drop the package off at your nearest DPD drop-off location.

What is the equipment unreturned fee? 

The Imagine Fibre router remains the property of Imagine which means that you’ll need to send it back within 30 days if you cancel your Imagine Fibre connection, which will appear on your final bill.
