What does Family Protect do?

Family Protect is an application of software and service tools, which works within your broadband network, that are designed to help parents and guardians monitor and control their children’s access to websites and digital content while using laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other smart devices.

How much does it cost for Family Protection?

€2.99 per month. Customers may opt out of the service any time.
New customers can avail of a free months trial. After this they will incur the monthly charge unless cancelled.

Does it work over a secure wifi or mobile network?

Our Family Protect plan protects all your devices while connected to your Imagine broadband internet (WiFi).

Can I apply parental controls to my child's device over both mobile and WIFI networks?

Family Protect allows you to apply parental controls to your child’s device while connected to your Imagine broadband internet (Wi-Fi).

Does Family Protect limit my data speed?

No, it does not limit your data speed.

How do I deactivate Family Protect?

You can pause or deactivate your Family Protect plan at any time. Simply log into you’re my Imagine Portal and click on the ‘Family Protection’ tab. On this tab, you will be able to enable or disable the service.
