The amount of data you have included per month depends on the product you have purchased, for example our Hero product includes 1TB of data. The AUP Upper Limit for your product is set out in the Imagine Product & Pricing Guide here
You can view your usage on the My Imagine Portal here. As your usage approaches or exceeds the fair usage limit included in your product, we'll notify you by phone, text or email to advise you that you're approaching or have exceeded the fair usage limit with some tips on how to reduce your usage. You can also choose to add-on an extra 100GB of data for just €10.00 per month by logging in to the My Imagine Portal here.
If you exceed your monthly data allowance your speed will be reduced to 5Mbps until the start of the next calendar month. If you subsequently exceed the fair usage limit Imagine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service(s).
Please note, we operate 'Off Peak' hours from 1am to 7am, so any downloads during this period aren't counted towards your monthly usage.
