The MyImagine portal allows you to view your billls, change settings and more. Your portal login can be found here.
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it in the link. If you have never accessed your portal before you will need to create your account - don't worry it just takes a few minutes!
You should have got a "Register Portal Email" when you first became a customer, if you can't find it double check your junk folder.
Once you locate the email - open up the email and you will find your temporary username and password. (Please note these down)
You will see a button "Launch My Portal", please click on this button.
It will take you to the My Imagine portal and autofill in the temporary username and password from the email. (If it doesn't, then fill in the temporary username and password that is shown in the Register Portal Email)
It will then ask you to create a username.
It will then ask you to create a password.
Once successfully registered and logged in - A once-off PIN code will be sent to the mobile number listed on the account. Please enter this PIN on first login to the My Imagine portal.
If you cannot find this email, you are unable to login or are not receiving the once-off PIN code, give us a call on 1800 938 100 and select Technical Support and we'll be happy to help.
