There are many factors that can affect your usage such as high resolution streaming or large system updates or game downloads. Some of these downloads can be in the 100's of gigabytes.
Any device with a connection to the internet has to potential to use all your bandwidth.
We operate 'Off Peak' hours from 1am to 7am, so any downloads during this period aren't counted towards your monthly usage.
