It’s just to double-check all the details and ensure everything is set for your installation day. Make sure to keep an eye out for the call to avoid missing your appointment slot.
Get your home ready: Our installation engineers will need to drill a small hole in the wall in your home (about the width of your little finger) so make sure that you have permission from the landlord or homeowner. You should also make sure that your home or business is clear of obstruction so the engineers can work safely.
