After placing your broadband order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This will include details such as your account number and your package details.
Step 2: Look for Your DPD Tracking Information
Once your router has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email or SMS from DPD with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
Step 3: Track Your Parcel Online · Go to the DPD tracking website: here
· Enter your tracking number or parcel reference number.
· Click Track to see your parcel’s latest status and estimated delivery time.
