How do I change my Wi-Fi name or password on my Fixed Wireless Router?

You can change your Wi-Fi name or Password quickly & easily on your Fixed Wireless Router in the My Imagine Portal under “CPE Management"

The button "Change Wi-Fi Name" - Allows you to change the WiFi name.

The button "Change Wi-Fi Password” - Allows you to change the WiFi password.

Your My Imagine Portal login details are emailed to you after your service is installed. Don't remember that password either? No problem, just go to MyImagine login and select 'Forgot password'.
