All Imagine products have a contract term. If you cancel within your contract term, you will be charged an early termination fee. The amount you are charged depends on how long is left in your contract. You can view your terms and conditions here
Your final bill will detail any cancellation charges and any credits for charges in advance of your service cease date.
You can view your invoices at any time on the My Imagine Portal . You were sent login details for this by email when your account was activated.
