When switching broadband providers, the administration can seem daunting, but we can make it a seamless transition for you by managing the cancellation of your existing service when your Imagine service is installed:
Simply call our team on Freephone 1800 938 100 who will be able to cancel your service with your existing provider when you sign up to us.
When you call, please have your customer reference keys which are on your bills from your current provider. If you wish to transfer your existing phone number to Imagine you’ll also need to have your UAN to hand.
