In order to transfer (port) your landline number to Imagine, you'll need to give us your account number (UAN) from your current provider.
Once your service is installed, we will send your phone number transfer request (port order).
Please note, this can take up to 24 - 48 hours to complete but is often quicker than that and will not affect your service.
