What happens after you order?
Placing your order is the easy bit. Here's what comes next.
You'll get a confirmation text
Once your order has been verified, we'll send a text to the mobile number on your account. This confirms that everything is in motion and no action is needed from you.
Then we'll confirm your installation date
A second text will follow with your installation date and arrival window. Our engineer will set everything up and test the service before they leave. You'll just need to make sure someone aged 18 or over is at home for the appointment.
