If you move house, you can take the Imagine Service with you, provided your new address is in coverage.
To initiate a move of address, just call our Customer Service team on 1800 938 100 or email us at care@imagine.ie. You'll need to provide us with your new address & Eircode, so we can check coverage.
Once coverage has been confirmed, the team will arrange for a crew to attend your new address and install the service. This normally takes 10-14 working days.
If you are not moving the service and just want to change the billing address on an account, you can email us at care@imagine.ie and we will update your account.
