In order to change ownership on an account, we will need:
Both parties must be in agreement and give permission for the change of ownership to occur and the current account must be paid up to date before the change of ownership is completed.
Please note if both parties don't give permission within 5 working days, the existing account will be cancelled unless requested to be retained by the original owner.
