Your Imagine Fixed Wireless equipment has been installed in the location which gives you the best signal - the better the signal, the better your service.
If you need to move the location of your router, we can organise a call-out do this. There is a charge of €100 for a call out, and it can take up to 10 working days.
Please note the installers have installed the antenna where they are picking up the best signal – if we move the equipment from this position, your service could deteriorate and they may not be able to get a good signal at your preferred location.
