Can I use a VPN?

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is used to create a secure encrypted connection between your device(s) and the Internet.

Reasons to use a VPN:

• Working from home (WFH)
• Accessing content on the internet that is being geo-blocked / restricted to physical location
• Securing your data when online.

A VPN will work with your service as it will be configured on your device(s) itself.

The configuration will vary depending on the VPN service you are using, and we advise you follow the VPN provider instructions on setting up the VPN service on your device(s).

Please note – Imagine does not support configuring a VPN on a router level. It must be done on a device(s) level. Also, using a VPN can influence received speeds. If you are experiencing slow speeds, please ensure you testing outside of the VPN and following our articles on speeds and WiFi.
