The Leave Anytime Promotion guarantees that you’re not tied into a long-term contract. You can cancel your broadband whenever you choose — simply let us know before the 27th of the month with termination taking effect on the 1st of the following month. A Service Wrap-Up Charge applies if you leave within the first 24 months. After 24 months, this is waived. If you cancel within 24 months, just return your Imagine equipment within 30 days to avoid unreturned equipment fee.
