For over 30 years, Imagine has been dedicated to delivering innovative connectivity across Ireland. Our Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network brought high-speed broadband to thousands of rural homes and businesses when few other options existed.
Now, with Fibre Broadband becoming widely available through the National Broadband Plan—the largest telecoms project ever undertaken by the Irish State—we are embracing next-generation technologies to continue delivering the fastest, most reliable service possible.
That means we are phasing out older wireless technology and moving customers to faster, more reliable Fibre and 5G solutions.

Q: Will I have to pay more?

Q: Do I need to buy new equipment?
Yes, but don’t worry - we’ll provide and install everything you need as part of your upgrade.
Q: What if fibre isn’t available at my address yet?
We’ll offer the best alternative available, such as 5G Broadband, so you can stay connected.
Q: Will there be downtime during installation?
Any downtime will be minimal. Our team will schedule your installation to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Q: What happens if I do nothing?
If you don’t upgrade, your current service will eventually stop working once the network is switched off. That’s why we encourage you to talk to us as soon as possible so we can help you stay connected.
