How do I return my Fibre Router ?

To send back your Fibre Router, please follow these steps:

• Pack the Fibre router securely in its original packaging (if available) or another sturdy box to protect it during transit. You must return all cables, power adapters, home plug extenders or any other accessories. 
• Attach the return label provided by DPD to the outside of the package.

If you haven’t received a label yet, please visit the DPD website hereand use your eircode as the order number to start the return process.

• Drop the package You can drop off your return to one of hundreds of locations across Ireland with convenient pickup points in shops, petrol stations, and other easy-to-reach spots. Click here to find your nearest location.
• Please retain your receipt as proof of drop off.
