WiMax Talk Anytime includes:

• Unlimited Anytime calls to local, national, and UK fixed line numbers.
• Unlimited Off-peak or Anytime calls are not chargeable for the first 59 minutes.
• Simply hang up and redial to keep chatting for the next 59 minutes to continue to avail of free calling.

Broadband Value Added Services

Imagine Internet Security (powered by F-Secure) provide a full suite of protection software to ensure that WiMAX customers are protected from all threats when they go online. Imagine internet Security includes anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-intrusion net filtering, and parental control protection.
F-Secure: €4 p/m. First 2 months are free of charge.

Other Charges

• eBill is provided free of charge. Paper billing is available on request at a charge of €1.27 inc. VAT per month.
  
• A direct debit payment failure charge of €10.16 inc. VAT applies.
  
• A reconnection fee of €25.41 inc. VAT for suspended accounts applies.
  
• The WiMAX Hub remains the property of Imagine. When customers terminate their contract their account is debited €152.48 inc. VAT and this is returned to them when the modem is received by Imagine.
  
• Customers that cancel within the minimum contract period are charged an early termination fee of €101.65 inc. VAT.
